About Cape Light

Cape Light is located at the corner of Commercial and Johnson Streets, near the beginning of Provincetown's Gallery District and just across the street from the Johnson Street beach access.

Restaurants, cafés, galleries, shops and nightlife are all within an easy walk. The bay is just steps away, and Provincetown Harbor and MacMillan Pier are nearby.

The home also includes two dedicated tandem parking spaces—a significant convenience in central Provincetown. Once you arrive, you can park the cars and enjoy town on foot.

Cape Light is arranged over three levels, giving guests plenty of room to spread out.

The first floor features a queen bedroom with direct access to a full bathroom. The washer and dryer are also located on this level.

The second floor is the main living level, with a comfortable living room, well-equipped kitchen and access to the private deck. Large windows offer views toward Provincetown Harbor, while the deck provides lounge seating, outdoor dining and a grill overlooking Commercial Street.

The third floor is a private queen suite with beautiful harbor views and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in rain shower.

Central air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round. Linens and towels are provided, along with the everyday conveniences you'll need for an easy Provincetown stay.

Cape Light includes high-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs throughout the home, making it easy to stream your favorite entertainment or stay connected during your visit.

Guests receive a personalized access code for our smart lock, so there's no need to coordinate keys or check-in times.

We also provide a Bluetooth sound system for enjoying music during your stay.
